A veteran of the Clone Wars and the Galactic Civil War, Admiral Ackbar of Mon Cala was viewed as a living legend by many across the galaxy. Some thirty years after the fall of the Empire, Leia Organa, now a Resistance general battling the First Order, asked Ackbar to come out of retirement to assist them.
