Native to the grassy plains of Ylesia, these lumbering herbivores travel in herds for protection. They prefer to travel in groups due to the placement of their horns, which obstruct their field of vision. With two-curved horns extending from behind the jaw and one horn protruding from the top of the head, male reek compete for female attention by locking horns in competition. Although their diet is primarily plant-based, they are often fed meat to make them more aggressive for use in gladiatorial exhibitions. Their skin will take on reddish tones as a result.
