This species of snow-lizards were found roaming the vast frozen plains of Hoth. The Rebel Alliance was able to domesticate these creatures and mounted them for routine patrol runs outside of Echo Base. Although their fatty blubber protected them from the cold during daytime, temperatures at night could prove deadly.
