The mysterious Client obviously works for what's left of the Empire, but he has many more secrets in his keeping. His explanation of the assignment is simple: The target is 50 years old, there's a tracking signature, and there's not much more that he's willing to say. He does express an understanding of the hunter's work. It's as he says: "Bounty hunting is a complicated profession." His advance payment on the job is another surprise; it's a chit of the rare beskar steel that the Mandalorians use for their armor.
